Crew Resource Management Trainer (CRMT) Core Course 5 Days (30 Hours)

Our CRMT course is built to set you off into the world of CRM Training. We train you to start with a syllabus and your organizations data, then work your way up into designing a CRM program specific to your airline. We equip you to exploit various training aids, available to support your content. We then fine tune your facilitation to an impactful state of world class delivery. This course is a blend of theoretical and practical training.

Our courses meet the requirements of the GCAA, EASA, CAA, FAA and all major regulatory bodies world over. Our course is 5 days and 30 hours which covers the latest information in CRM, assessment skills, behavioural markers and facilitation to mention a few.

The training we offer uses investigation reports, accident videos, group discussions and exercises to uncover Human Factors within the aviation environment.
